I have been a Realtor since 1976. I opened Ortiz Realty as an Independent Broker.

In 1994 I opened Real Estate Information Source Ltd. I was the Responsible Broker/Manager. We specialized in Residential Market.

I opened Ortiz & Associates Inc. on 05/31/2002. I am the Broker/Owner and Responsible Broker/Manager for the company. We service the Denver/Metro Area Market as a Residential Brokers and REO Specialists for the State of Colorado.

My Clients consist of First Time Buyers and Sellers and Experienced Buyers and Sellers of all types. I have Clients for Small Commercial Properties as well.
